Equality Act Guidance from EHRC

A new Equality Act came into force in October 2010. The Equality & Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has created a series of guidance documents to help explain the Act and provide practical examples on how the law has changed. It currently has guidance for employers, workers, service providers, service users, education providers and students.
